hello! my name is kami Hubbard, and I am the CEO and founder of tried and true-nannies and sitters. ​I have been a nanny for close to 12 years and working with children truly is my lifelong passion. I have worked with newborns up to age 12, multiples, blind children, and children with disabilities. I have experience with sleep training, potty training, homework, and household management

​I first got into childcare knowing that I have always had a heart for kids. as a child, I struggled in the foster care system. making friends was difficult, as was having someone in my circle to trust and to help me grow and develop. my mission is to make a positive impact on children in this way.
my background is largely in pediatric healthcare, childcare, and early childhood education. after
having been a nanny myself for nearly 12 years, I found that my rich and varied experience in childcare gave me a keen sense for matching families with outstanding nannies whose qualifications and personalities fit the family well, so I decided to start my own agency.
