At our Nashville nanny agency, we take pride in pairing our clients with exceptional childcare professionals. We require nanny applicants to meet these qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older

• Have a minimum of 3 years of childcare experience

• Be able to pass a background check

• Have professional references from your childcare experience

• Be legally authorized to work in the US

• Have a CPR/First Aid certification

• Have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and proof of active auto insurance

• Have a high school diploma (though a college degree is preferred)

• Having a valid passport if international travel will be required

• bringing Your child/Children to jobs is not permitted
