How It Works
Step One
tried and true conducts in-depth interview with prospective sitter.background check is completed.Sitters must be over the age of 18, and have at least 3 years of childcare experience.
Step Three
sitter is accepted at tried and true. training and refresher courses are provided.
Step Two
tried and true requires professional references, and accepts any supplemental certifications, which are verified.
Step Four
sitter completes training, and is paired with the family that best matches their experience level, availability and values.
